Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note the shipping method you choose DOES NOT include the processing time. This includes those who select express shipping. 

Also, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and will not refund shipping costs due to matters out of our control. Some orders may experience delays due to holidays. 

You will receive tracking once the order ships. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available.
